Dear Valued Customer,

As of 1st January 2012 the new Australian Consumer Law (ACL) will be in effect.

Sitro Group Australia Pty Ltd (SGA) has taken all reasonable steps to otherwise convey the mandatory text and information to consumers as specified by the ACL for all products supplied post 1st January 2012.

As some of our products have long lead times associated with them, there may be some goods in the supply chain supplied pre November 2011 where the new ACL compliant warranty isn’t included with the product. This may also be due to the nature of the packaging of those products.

Please refer to the ACL compliant warranty statements attached to this letter as these take precedence over the warranty statement that may be included with your product.
