Wok Seared Vegetable & Ginger Glass Noodle Salad

If you’re a fan of fresh and flavoursome Asian cuisine, wok-seared vegetable & ginger glass noodle salad is your best pick. This can be made using Gasmate’s Portable BBQ.

What you need:

• 1 Onion, sliced

• 1 Long red chilli

• 1 Garlic clove

• 1 Knob ginger

• 1 Lime zest and juice

• 20ml Vegetable or sesame oil

• 600g Glass noodles

• 2 Red capsicums, sliced

• 6 Heads bok choy, washed and cut into ¼’s

• 1 Punnet oyster mushrooms, torn into pieces

• 1 Bag of bean sprouts

• 1 Packet of snow pea shoots

• ½ Bunch coriander, roots chopped, leaves picked

• 1 Jar char-siu sauce

• 1 Jar Ho-sin sauce

• 100ml Soy sauce

Have a Mexican feast with this simple but satisfying recipe that can be prepared in  only 20 minutes. 

What you need:

• 2 Chicken breasts, butterflied in half

• ¼ Tsp ground chilli

• ¼ Tsp ground coriander

• ½ Tsp ground cumin

• ½ Tsp dried oregano

• 1 Tsp minced garlic

• 1 Large corn cob

• 1 Tomato, quartered, deseeded and diced

• ¼ Red onion, finely diced

• ½ Cup coriander leaves

• 100g Rocket leaves

• 1 Large avocado, peeled and mashed

• 2 Limes

• 1 Cup classic aioli

• 8 Small bread rolls

• Olive oil

• Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

• 4 Eggs

• 4 Egg yolks

• 180g Butter

• 250g Castor sugar

• 90g Flour
